My name is Marissa. I am thirteen years old. My favorite color is pink and I love to get my nails done. My favorite sports are basketball and volleyball. I love dancing and doing gymnastics. My favorite artists are Lil Wayne and Beyonce. I love to sing and spend time with my friends… and text a lot! I also am very boy crazy! Things that I get excited about are: knowing that I get to hang out with my friends, shopping, and going to Valley Fair. When I get old enough I would like to go to college to do salon work, and if that doesn’t work out then I would like to go to school to be a beautician. The thing that irritates me most is when I do things my hardest and then people check and say that it is not good enough. Another thing that I also get irritated about is when I want to do something I really like to do and I can’t because there is no time. I like to listen to music when I am doing things that are in my free time. Some things I would like to do in my life would be go to Disney Land or Disney World. Some things I am good at are coming up with good ideas. I love to do girl things!
I am very excited about being adopted. I am very open about the type of family I want, I just want them to stick around. I would be okay with two moms, two dads, a mom and a dad, or single parents. I love little kids, and would really like being a big sister! I need a family who will understand my past and teenagers. I would like to be near the Cities, because I hate being out in the country! I would like an active family, who loves doing things together. That is about it.
